Clean Construct Ltd is a design and build consultancy specialising in complex facility builds.

We use a range of cutting edge technologies to guide our design and build process including:

- Laser scanning of existing facilities
- 3D modelling in Revit & Inventor
- Virtual Reality headsets used in design
- Extensive use of new tools and software

ALISDAIR WILLETT
Company Director
Alisdair is the founder of Clean Construct. As an engineering graduate, Alisdair started his career in Mechanical and Building Services design, but soon ended up in construction project delivery. Now with 15 years of experience in fast track design & build contracting, he has a wealth of knowledge across a range of regulated and high technology facilities. Much of his past experience has been delivering complex facilities for end user clients as a design and build main contractor.

PHIL BAILEY
Technical Director
Phil Bailey is an experienced Technical Director with an eye for detail. With over 20 years of experience across a wide range of highly complex facility builds, Phil brings a meticulous and methodical approach to design, installation, commissioning, validation and overall quality assurance.
​
Phil has a wealth of experience in the selection and installation of dry and wet mechanical systems and associated controls.
​
His clear communication and foresight drives projects to be delivered right first time.
