A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Bristol, Alisdair combines strong technical foundations with extensive leadership experience in both client‑side and contracting roles.

He has successfully led the delivery of complex facilities within the life sciences, advanced manufacturing, microelectronics, nuclear and biocontainment sectors, including government‑critical infrastructure and sensitive defence‑related projects. His experience spans full project lifecycles, from early design development and procurement strategy through construction, commissioning and handover, often under challenging time, regulatory and programme constraints.

Alisdair is particularly experienced in acting as an intelligent client and lead delivery figure, aligning designers, contractors and stakeholders to recover or accelerate programmes, control risk, and achieve successful outcomes. Known for his pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach, he brings clarity, pace and commercial discipline to complex environments where precision, safety and assurance are paramount.

Phil Bailey is an experienced Technical Director and Senior Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex mechanical and building services projects across highly regulated and high‑technology environments. Having progressed through the industry from a trade apprenticeship to senior leadership roles, Phil brings a deep, practical understanding of design, installation, commissioning, validation and quality assurance.

He has extensive experience leading the delivery of specialist facilities, including laboratories, biocontainment and nuclear‑adjacent environments, with particular expertise in dry and wet mechanical systems, process plant and equipment, and tightly controlled environmental installations such as gloveboxes. Phil is highly skilled in design coordination, regulatory compliance, contractor and supply‑chain management, and programme delivery under constrained conditions.
