Our Process
Clean Construct do things a little differently, below is an outline of some of the typical steps we take to define and deliver a project taking it from concept stage to reality, making best use of the latest advances in technology.
Step 1 - Survey
To better understand the constraints of an existing space, we can use our in house laser scanning capability to create a highly accurate point-cloud file and a photo survey.
Step 2 - Existing Model
The point cloud data can then be converted to create an accurate Revit model of the existing space. This provides a good starting point for concept / layout discussions, avoiding unforeseen clashes during the construction phase.
Step 3 - User Requirements & Concept Design
Through a series of interactive workshops, we will develop a detailed set of user requirements and work through concept designs.
End user engagement using 3D headsets adds a significant amount of interaction and feedback to this concept stage.
Our in house CAD team will work live with user groups to adjust the layout and services to reach a design that works.
Step 4 - Tender & Contract Engagement
Clean Construct will develop a comprehensive set of tender documents and if required, manage a tender process to Design & Build subcontractors or to external consultancies to further develop the design to RIBA 3/4.
Step 5 - Client Side Project Management & Closeout
Out team can provide turnkey project & commercial management acting on your behalf to engage supply chain and deliver your project to an agreed budget, programme and set of EHS and quality expectations.
We will ensure that operating and maintenance information handed over is of high quality and the performance of the facility is thoroughly tested and demonstrated.
